When SATS appoints service providers to perform any services on its behalf, we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that such service providers abide by this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your name or other personal information relating to you to third parties.

In exceptional circumstances, and to the extent permitted by law, SATS may refuse such requests. By accessing / using the SATS website and/or the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use by SATS of certain personal information from or about you, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
