SATS is calling for Professional services for Microsoft Office 365 (M365) / Azure Active Directory (AAD) Consolidation Impact Assessment and Migration SATS had acquired Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in 4 Mar 2023. Currently, SATS subscribes to Microsoft Office 365 (M365) and Microsoft Azure and has a Microsoft Entra ID (formerly known as Azure Active Directory) tenant with primary domain as sats.com.sg. WFS also subscribes to M365 and has a separate Microsoft Entra ID tenant with primary domain as wfs.aero. As part of streamlining, consolidation and optimization requirements, SATS is considering to consolidate the M365 and Microsoft Entra ID setup in WFS tenant into one unified tenant setup under SATS.

The system integrates data from across various key operational systems to provide the Duty Terminal Managers (DTMs) at SATS Integrated Operations Command (SIOC) with real-time visibility of ground operations for the purpose of monitoring the ground handling activities in a holistic and integrated manner as well as for more proactive flight handling, collaborative decision-making and efficient hub management.
