Empowering communities for a sustainable future

As an organisation that puts people first, SATS cares about the well-being of our local communities and is deeply committed to shaping a sustainable future for all.

Established in 2011, SATS Foundation advances the spirit of volunteerism sparked by the SATS Staff Association over 40 years ago and serves as our philanthropic arm, collaborating with partners who share our vision, passion and values. In line with our sustainability pillars, our efforts are aimed at driving positive impact through meaningful community programmes and initiatives. 

By 2030, our ambition is to touch 4 million lives through social and community investments that impart our expertise, protect our environment, and empower people to achieve their fullest potential.

Our Impact

Since April 2017, we have touched 892,474 lives through 7,410 volunteers, and raised more than S$2.3 million for our adopted charity organisations and causes.

Helping an elderly
