In 2023, SATS acquired Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), expanding its presence in the Americas and EMEAA and boosting its ground handling, cargo, and aviation capabilities. As a result, the Group requires a website redesign to effectively convey its new value proposition. The redesign aims to reposition SATS in the market, showcasing its new visual identity and highlighting the synergies, global reach, and enhanced capabilities from the WFS acquisition.
Business objectives:
1. Clearly present market positioning and core offerings on the homepage.
2. Ensure consistent messaging and imagery across all business units.
3. Create an easy-to-navigate site map.
4. Continuously monitor website traffic, user profiles, and content relevance.
5. Consolidate subsidiary content to reflect a unified brand image.
6. Incorporate into the design SATS’ new brand and visual identity.
7. Design the sitemap to accommodate future subsidiaries.
8. Integrate region-specific career pages post-HRIS rollout.
Tender Closing date: 6 September 2024 before 1200 hrs (Singapore Time)
