CT2407Z023 - Provision of Services for SATS Staff Intranet Portal Revamp
In 2023, SATS acquired Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), expanding its presence in the Americas and EMEAA, boosting its ground handling, cargo, and aviation capabilities. As a result, the group requires a global staff intranet portal that is used on a daily basis to ensure that all employees have access to essential tools and information. The group includes SATS (Gateway and Food Solutions), WFS (North America & EMEAA) and other joint ventures and subsidiaries of SATS and WFS.
The vendor should have implemented 3 intranet portals and at least 2 global intranet portals in the past 3 years. Please provide details of the past projects including client name, country and screenshot of intranet portal home page (excluding confidential content) in Word document.
The vendor’s solution must comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The vendor shall provide support 24 x 7 for all regions. The vendor also must provide mobile app for the intranet portal.
Business objectives:
To standardize and improve internal communication for all the fully owned subsidiaries and employees within the SATS group (EMEAA, US, APAC and JVs).
- The integration of all employees on the company platform.
- To increase employee engagement.
- Reduce time spent searching for resources and increase productivity.
- To provide a secure and compliant intranet portal that complies with PDPA, GDPR and CCPA.
- Integrate with each entity’s identity provider for authentication.
- Multilingual intranet portal catering more than 10 languages as per Tender document.
Tender Closing date: 26th August 2024 before 1800hrs (Singapore Time)
Tender document will be available for download in Ariba. Tenderers must ensure that their bids are submitted though the SAP ARIBA platform by the specified tender closing date and time. All tender documents submitted must be duly signed and stamped.
