Chief Executive Officer of SATS Singapore Hub

Henry Low is the Chief Executive Officer of SATS Singapore Hub, a pivotal Gateway Services division structured to drive the global competitiveness of the Singapore Air Hub, powered by a future-ready workforce and advanced systems. He oversees critical activities such as ground handling, cargo handling, meal uplift, security services, and aviation laundry, ensuring the safe and timely departure of flights.

Prior to his current role, Henry was the Chief Operating Officer of the SATS Group, where he was instrumental in managing various corporate functions to improve safety, operational excellence, and innovation through technology and data. He joined SATS in October 2022 as Global Head of Special Projects, where he led integration programs and drove operational excellence.

With over 25 years of leadership experience, Henry has a broad background in general management, category management, project management, operations, and global launches.

Before joining SATS, Henry was the Director and Country Manager for Amazon Singapore, where he successfully launched and managed Amazon.sg, Amazon Fresh, and Amazon Global Store businesses with teams across Singapore, the United States, and India. Henry had also led several UK fulfilment centres, served as the Asia Pacific operations director for speciality fulfilment and was a key member of the international leadership team for new marketplace expansions. Additionally, Henry was on the board of directors of Amazon Asia Pacific Holdings, Amazon Payments and the Infocomm Media Development Authority. Before joining Amazon in 2010, Henry held senior command and staff roles for 15 years within the Singapore Ministry of Defence.

Henry holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology from University College London, UK, and a Master of Business Administration (Honours) from IMD, Switzerland.
