Application Process
Applicants will go through a comprehensive and rigorous selection and assessment process that comprises the following stages:
Stage 1: Psychometric assessment
Stage 2: Interview with Human Capital team
Stage 3: Group case study assessment
Stage 4: Interview with Senior Management
Stage 5: Offer
Students majoring in the following areas or in similar capacity: Air Transport Management, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Supply Chain/ Logistics Management, Business (Operations Management), Food Science and Technology, Information Technology,
Date Science and Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Computing and Information Systems
This programme is a specialised track within the following Business Units: Gateway, Food Solutions or Corporate (Information Technology). Job rotations will be within the respective Business Unit (e.g. if the fresh graduate is selected to be placed in Gateway,
the rotations he/she will experience will be within Gateway only and will not be rotated to Food/Corporate)

GAP provides an opportunity for fresh graduates to undergo an intensive four-month structured job rotation programme, specially based on their preferred Business Unit. You will embark on special projects, receive mentoring and coaching from the respective
Business Units, and network with senior management.
