Application Process

Applicants will go through a comprehensive and robust selection and assessment process that comprises the following stages:

  • Stage 1: Psychometric assessment
  • Stage 2: Group case study assessment
  • Stage 3: Panel Interview with Senior Management
  • Stage 4: Offer

SATS GAP is an accelerated 1-year programme that provides an opportunity for graduates to undergo an intensive 1-year structured job rotation programme. You will embark on special projects, receive mentoring and coaching from the respective Business Units, and network with senior management.

SATS welcome graduates from all degree majors.

You will get the opportunity to experience SATS three main functional streams: Gateway Services, Food Solutions and Corporate Services. Your rotation assignment across these functional streams will be based on business needs.

SATS GAP will commence in July 2025, so you should expect to receive our offer by May 2025.
