CT2410Z038 - Implementation and Maintenance of Project Milky Way One SATS CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for period of 1 Year (With Option to Extend for 1 + 1 Year)
In 2023, SATS acquired Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), expanding its presence in the Americas and EMEAA, boosting its ground handling, cargo, and aviation capabilities. As a result, SATS is looking to appoint a system implementor for One SATS CRM (Customer Relationship Management) using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for both SATS and WFS across EMEAA, NA and APAC
The vendor is expected to carry out and establish,
- Implementation, deployment, management and optimization services of One SATS CRM on Microsoft D365;
- Maintenance contract period is for one (1) year with option for 2 years extension (subject to 1-year renewal at a time) upon contract sign off (“Term”).
Participating vendor is expected to meet the following criteria for the tender,
- Global Project Implementation experience in either aviation or logistics field – Minimum 1
- 3 relevant projects (Global CRM Implementation) – Minimum 1 in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Presence in EMEAA, NA and APAC to provide local helpdesk support across the 3 regions
(Local Office Hours: 8am - 6pm)

Business objectives:
To streamline and unify the demand-creation within SATS group of entities and create a One SATS Customer Repository system that captures key sales opportunities data and pipeline management thereby empowering our Commercial teams to share, learn and win.
To leverage a unified and mature global account framework to manage our global accounts.
To enable a clear and simple management reporting process for the alignment of key stakeholders on the demand pipelines.
To migrate from multiple legacy systems (Commercial Register, Treeno, Proforma Forms, etc..) to a single cloud-based solution to reduce the dependency and need for IT / Administrative resources and provide better visibility.
