- BACKGROUND
SATS Airport Services Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of SATS, specializes in ground handling and airfreight services at Singapore Changi Airport is sourcing for a robust computer vision solution to enhance the tracking and visibility of shipments within SATS Cargo Terminals.
- BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
With increasing cargo volumes and the growing need for real-time shipment tracking, SATS aims to adopt a technology-driven approach to enhance operational efficiency, reduce reliance on manual processes, and improve shipment traceability across the terminal. Through the implementation of a computer vision solution, SATS seeks to achieve the following:
- Enable staff to efficiently query and track shipments stored in the warehouse, ensuring accurate, real-time access to shipment information.
- Reduce the number of missing shipments (UTL) and Cut man-hours spent searching for missing shipments.
SATS Ltd. (SATS) will be acting as Project Manager on behalf of SATS Airport Services Pte Ltd.
Tender Closing date: 3rd April 2025 before 1200hrs (Singapore Time)
Onsite Project Briefing: 14th March 2025, 1330hrs (Singapore Time)
