CT2503I010 Tender for Provision of Removal and Disposal of General Waste Materials from SATS Premises from 01 September 2025 to 31 August 2028 (With an Option to extend for 2 more years)
SATS is looking for a waste management provider to perform removal and disposal of refuse from SATS premises on a daily basis, both scheduled and on request based on operational needs.
The waste management provider will need to:
- Supply and install fully serviceable compactor bins at SATS premises for refuse collection
- Provide one-to-one exchange of bin during each haulage to ensure availability of serviceable bin at the respective location at all times
- Provide haulage trucks and operating personnel to meet haulage schedules, both pre-arranged and ad-hoc basis, on a 24-hr basis
- Provide 24-hr technical support to ensure fault reporting calls are promptly attended to and issues resolved within a 2-hr timeframe
- Perform maintenance and replacement of the refuse collection system at its own cost should it be unserviceable due to wear and tear or damage (accidentally or otherwise) by its employees or others.
- Ensure the proper disposal of refuse, and obtain all necessary licenses from the authorities.

Tender document will be available on 24th March 2025 for download in Ariba. Tenderers must ensure that their bids are submitted though the ARIBA platform by the specified tender closing date and time. All tender documents submitted must be duly signed and stamped.
