SATS Aero Laundry Pte Ltd (“SAS”) is calling a tender exercise for the outsourcing of laundry services for Other Airlines (OAL) for a period of 6 years (1 October 2025 to 30 September 2031) with an option to extend for 3 more years
There will be 2 phases for this tender.
In phase 1, potential tenderers shall register their interest by submitting the required documents to access their suitability. Only selected tenderers will then be invited to part 2 for site briefing, Q&A, site show around and viewing of the linens to be laundered.
In phase 2, the selected tenderers will be required to submit their proposal and quote for the laundry rates. The selected tenderers are requested to quote for all items.
Tender Closing date for phase 1: 18 April 2025 before 1200 hrs (Singapore Time)
Tender documents will be available for download in Ariba. Tenderers must ensure that their bids are submitted though the SAP ARIBA platform by the specified tender closing date and time. All tender documents submitted (in PDF file Format), must be duly signed and stamped. Tenderers to observe the closing date/time in Ariba.
