BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
DSM Live will draw the various operational data from a centralized data repository / Flight Information Hub and other internal or external data sources. The application will organize, process (where necessary) and present the data in a manner that is user-friendly and meaningful to various groups of SATS users in carrying out their day-to-day operational duties. The application will also reflect near real-time updates on situational conditions; is intuitively interactive for users to read the info as well as capture real-time updates and changes from users back to the system.
The AMS vendor is required to maintain good knowledge of the various data connectivity and interfaces. These interfacing systems are managed by different parties and vendors. The AMS vendor shall work collaboratively with various stakeholders to maintain and support the application and infrastructure of DSM Live.
The AMS vendor shall provide incident response and management for DSM Live. Since the interfaces transfer data in real-time to support business operations, timely response and resolution of incident is required.
There would be activities to support normal business operations. The AMS vendor shall provide support for application running on production, coordination for testing, and disaster recovery and training environment, wherever applicable.
Quotation Closing date: 3 July 2024 before 1200 hrs (Singapore Time)
Quotation document will be available for download in Ariba. Suppliers must ensure that their bids are submitted though the SAP ARIBA platform by the specified quotation closing date and time.
